Moving Bed Bio-film Reactor (MBBR) :Titazon Moving Bed Bio-film Reactor (MBBR) technology is based on the bio-film principle with an active bio-film growing on small specially designed plastic carriers that are kept suspended in the reactor.
It is one of the advanced biological treatment processes which have great potential for the simultaneous and efficient removal of nutrients along with organic matter. it is a process coupling suspended activated sludge and attached growth process in a single system. The Technology utilizes the advantages of both activated sludge and other bio-film system (e.g. bio-filters, bio-rotors etc.) without being controlled by their advantages.

Sequential Batch Reactor (SBR) :Sequential batch reactor (SBR) is nothing but the batch operation in sequence. SBR is a fill-and-draw activated sludge system for wastewater treatment. In this system, wastewater is added to a single 'batch' reactor, treated to remove undesirable components, and then discharged. The unit processes of the SBR and conventional activated sludge systems are the same. The SBR is no more than an activated sludge system which operates in time rather than in space. The difference between the two technologies is that the SBR performs biological treatment, and secondary clarification in a single tank using a timed control sequence. In a conventional activated sludge system, these unit processes would be accomplished by using separate tanks.

Submerged Aerated Fixed Film Reactor (SAFF) :Submerged Aerobic Fixed Film (SAFF) process uses support media to retain an active biomass to reduce the influent BOD Levels. Tubular/Disc diffusers are used with the SAFF media giving a good air dispersal and low level of blockage due to growth of biological film. SAFF reactor is a type of aerobic attached growth treatment process. Small foot print area, stable process, lesser sludge production and modular installations are the key features of SAFF process. Essentially SAFF system is a hybrid reactor where attached growth and suspended growth activity takes place simultaneously. This technology utilizes an aerobic fixed film process that is a combination submerged attached growth and activated sludge processes. SAFF is highly suitable for medium and low strength wastewater. This is a cost-effective method of waste water treatment and sewage sanitation.

SPS :Activated Sludge Process Plant is a process for treating sewage and industrial waste-water using air and a biological flock composed of bacterial and protozoa. In activated sludge process waste water containing organic matter to aerate in an aeration basin in which Micro-Organism metabolize the suspended and soluble organic matter. Part of organic matter is synthesized into new cells and part is oxidized to CO2 and water to drive energy. In activated sludge system the new cells formed in the reaction are removed from the liquid system in the form of a flocculent sludge in settling tanks. A part of this settled biomass described as activated sludge in returned to the aeration tank and the remaining forms waste to excess sludge.
